SC Highway 22 Over US Highway 501

The Reeves Structures Region completed the $356K bridge rehabilitation project to provide a new modified latex concrete overlay to the existing bridge on SC Highway 22 over US Highway 501 in Horry County for the South Carolina Department of Transportation. This project had contract requirements to complete the overlay within 15 days, with a window of work limited to between Labor Day and Thanksgiving. Work on the project included scarification, hydro-demolition, blast cleaning, latex modified concrete overlay, joint rehabilitation, and grooving, all completed in nine days.
