DUNCAN, S.C. – The National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) recently announced that Reeves Construction Company earned multiple 2025 Quality in Construction Awards for excellence in asphalt paving. The company was recognized during the association’s 71st Annual Meeting.
The National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) is the premier trade association representing asphalt pavement material producers and paving contractors across the United States. NAPA is committed to advancing the asphalt pavement industry through advocacy, education, research, and innovation. Its annual Quality in Construction Awards recognize asphalt pavement projects that meet or exceed rigorous quality standards.
Award-Winning Projects
Reeves Construction Company was recognized for its outstanding work on the following projects:
State Route (SR) 216 – Early County, Georgia
Reeves was honored for its exceptional resurfacing work on SR 216. The project involved placing an asphalt overlay using a material transfer vehicle, allowing for continuous operations and consistent mix quality.

US Highway 1 / State Route (SR) 4 – Richmond County, Georgia
Reeves was also recognized for its work along an 11-mile stretch of US 1 / SR-4. The project included milling, resurfacing, and rehabilitating roadway shoulders.
Asphalt mixes again incorporated reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) to promote sustainability and long-term durability. Reeves delivered a smooth, high-quality surface, achieving a 59% improvement in ride quality.
